- 1 cup Yellow Pumpkin (chopped)
- 1 Onion (chopped)
- 1 Green chilly (chopped)
- 1 tsp Chilli powder
- Β½ tsp Turmeric powder
- ΒΌ tsp Garam masala
- ΒΌ tsp Asafoetida
- Oil (As needed)
- ΒΌ tsp Mustard seeds
- ΒΌ tsp Jeera
- Curry leaves (few)
- Salt (As needed)
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add mustard seeds, jeera and curry leaves saute well.
- Add green chilly and onion saute until golden brown.
- Add chopped yellow pumpkin and saute for few minutes.
- Add chilly powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, asafoetida and salt stir well.
- Cover and cook until the pumpkin cooks well.
- Pumpkin Fry is ready to serve.
