For benne biscuit, first powder the sugar and mix well with oil. Then mix well with flour. The dough should be tight. Make balls out of this dough. Bake this in the oven or pressure cooker. Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ cup Maida
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • ½ cup Vegetable oil
  • 3 Cardamom

Instructions

  • Grease oil in a baking tray and keep it aside.
  • In a mixer, add ½ cup sugar and cardamom and grind it into powder. 
  • Add ½ cup oil into it and grind it smoothly.
  • Transfer this grinded mixture into a mixing bowl.
  • Add 1 ½ cup Maida and mix well.
  • Make small balls out of this mixture and place them into the greased baking tray.
  • Preheat the oven to 180 C for 10 minutes and bake the biscuits at 180 C for 15 minutes.
  • Once baked, take it out and allow it to cool.
  • Tasty benne biscuits are ready to serve.
