Ingredients
  

  • 2 cup Desiccated coconut
  • 1 cup Jaggery
  • 2 tsp Ghee
  • 10 Cashew nut (chopped)
  • 1 tsp Cardamom powder

Instructions

  • Heat ghee in a pan.
  • Add 2 cups of desiccated coconut and saute for a few minutes.
  • Add 1 cup jaggery and mix well.
  • After a few minutes, the jaggery dissolves.
  • Stir well and cook this for a few minutes. After a few minutes, it starts to thicken.
  • Finally, add cashew nuts and cardamom powder mix well.
  • Allow this mixture to cool.
  • Once cooled well, take a small portion out of this mixture and shape it as a laddu.
  • Delicious coconut jaggery laddu is ready to melt in the mouth.
