  • 1 cup White pumpkin (chopped)
  • Salt (as needed)
  • Water (as needed)
  • 1 cup Curd
  • 2 Green chilly (chopped)
  • Coriander leaves (few chopped)

For tempering

  • 1 tsp Oil
  • ΒΌ tsp Mustard seeds
  • Curry leaves (few)

Instructions

  • In a pan, add chopped white pumpkin, salt and water and cook until it cooks well.
  • Allow it to cool completely.
  • Once cooled well, add chopped green chilly, coriander leaves, salt and curd mix well.
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Add mustard seeds and curry leaves and saute well.
  • Add this tempering into white pumpkin raita.
  • White pumpkin / kumbalanga raita is ready to serve.
