Ingredients
  

For marinating Prawn

  • 1 cup Prawn
  • 1 tsp Chilly powder
  • 2 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1 tsp Jeera powder
  • ΒΌ tsp Turmeric powder
  • Salt (as needed)
  • 1 tsp Pepper powder
  • 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp Corn flour
  • 1 tbsp Maida
  • 1 tbsp Gram flour
  • 1 Egg

For frying Prawn

  • Oil (as needed)

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, add chilly powder, coriander powder, jeera powder, turmeric powder, pepper powder, corn flour, maida, gram flour, salt, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice and egg.
  • Mix well into a smooth paste without any lumps.
  • Add Prawns mix well and coat all sides with the masala mixture.
  • Marinate and rest it for at least 30 minutes.
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Take prawns and drop them one by one in hot oil.
  • Fry prawns in medium flame until prawns are cooked well and it turns crispy.
  • Spicy and juicy Prawns 65 is ready to serve.
