For marinating Prawn
- 1 cup Prawn
- 1 tsp Chilly powder
- 2 tsp Coriander powder
- 1 tsp Jeera powder
- ΒΌ tsp Turmeric powder
- Salt (as needed)
- 1 tsp Pepper powder
- 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- 2 tbsp Corn flour
- 1 tbsp Maida
- 1 tbsp Gram flour
- 1 Egg
For frying Prawn
- Oil (as needed)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, add chilly powder, coriander powder, jeera powder, turmeric powder, pepper powder, corn flour, maida, gram flour, salt, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice and egg.
- Mix well into a smooth paste without any lumps.
- Add Prawns mix well and coat all sides with the masala mixture.
- Marinate and rest it for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Take prawns and drop them one by one in hot oil.
- Fry prawns in medium flame until prawns are cooked well and it turns crispy.
- Spicy and juicy Prawns 65 is ready to serve.
