What is Chicken Fry

This roasted chicken is an easy chicken recipe prepared with ginger, garlic, lemon juice and some spices. Also adding coriander leaves and mint leaves give a nice flavor. - 7 pieces Chicken
- 3 tsp Chilly powder
- ΒΌ tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 tsp Pepper powder
- 1 tsp Chicken masala
- 2 piece Ginger
- 10 to 15 Garlic
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- 2 tsp Salt
- Coriander leaves (few chopped)
- Mint leaves (few chopped)
- Oil (As needed)
Instructions
- Cut chicken into large pieces.
- In a mixer, add ginger, garlic, chilly powder, turmeric powder, pepper powder, chicken masala, lemon juice grind into a smooth paste.
- Add grinded paste, salt, coriander leaves and mint leaves mix well.
- Marinate the chicken and rest it for 30 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add marinated chicken pieces into the hot oil.
- Fry both sides of chicken pieces on a low flame.
- Fry chicken until it turns brown in color and is cooked well.
- Tasty Chicken fry is ready to serve.
