Add lemongrass and chili paste to enhance the flavor of the broth. It adds aroma and spiciness to the recipe. Add chicken or seafood broth, creamy coconut milk, fish sauce, soy sauce and sugar. How to devein Prawn

  1. First, rinse the prawn with water to remove the dirt.
  2. There is a dark line on the back of the prawn. It is the vein.

How to make Prawn Noodles

Step 3: Cook the prawns

Add peeled and deveined prawns to the pan. Cook for a few minutes until they cooked well. Don’t overcook the prawns. Remove the prawns from the pan and keep them aside.

Step 4: Add flavors to broth
