- 2 Egg
- Salt ( as needed)
- Β½ tsp Pepper powder
- Coriander leaves (few chopped)
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 cup Maida
- Oil (as needed)
Instructions
- Take two eggs and break them into a bowl.
- Beat the eggs well.
- Add salt, pepper powder, chopped coriander leaves, 1 cup milk and 1 cup maida mix well without lumps.
- Heat a dosa Tawa, spread some oil. Pour the batter and spread it into a thin layer.
- Cook both sides well on low flame. Eating this also very tasty.
- Add one egg above the paratha and spread it well on all sides.
- Add few chopped coriander leaves.
- Cook both sides well in a low flame.
- Instant Egg paratha is ready to serve.
