Ingredients
  

  • 20 Small banana
  • 2 cup Jaggery
  • 2 tbsp Ghee
  • 1 cup Coconut milk
  • ΒΌ cup Coconut pieces
  • 10 Cashew nut
  • 10 Raisins
  • 1 tsp Cardamom powder

Instructions

  • Peel off the banana skin and add it to a blender and grind it into a smooth paste.
  • Heat 2 tbsp of ghee in a pan.
  • Add coconut pieces and roast until it turns golden brown.
  • Add cashew nut and raisins and roast well. Take it out and keep it aside.
  • Add grinded banana paste and saute for a few minutes or until the banana is cooked well.
  • Add 2 cups of jaggery and cardamom powder mix well until jaggery melts completely.
  • Add 1 cup of coconut milk and mix well.
  • Add roasted coconut and cashew nuts and mix well.
  • Healthy banana payasam is ready to serve.
