  • 1 cup Gram flour
  • ΒΌ cup Rice flour
  • Baking soda (a pinch)
  • Salt (as needed)
  • 2 tsp Chilly powder
  • ΒΌ tsp Turmeric powder
  • Β½ tsp Asafoetida
  • Red color (optional)

Instructions

  • In a bowl, add 1 cup of besan flour, ΒΌ cup of rice flour, salt, asafoetida, chilly powder, turmeric powder, red color and baking soda.
  • Sieve the flour well using a siever and breakthe lumps in it.
  • Store the bajji flour in an air tight container. Homemade bajji bonda mix is ready to make spicy bajjis or bondas.
