Ingredients
  

  • 5 Pappad
  • 5 to 8 Green chilly
  • 1 cup Coconut
  • 1 tsp Chilly powder
  • ΒΌ tsp Turmeric powder
  • Β½ tsp Coriander powder
  • Β½ tsp Jeera
  • Salt (As needed)
  • 2 tsp Oil
  • ΒΌ tsp Mustard seeds
  • Curry leaves (Few)

Instructions

  • Tear papadam into pieces.
  • In a mixie, add coconut, chilly powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and jeera grind into a smooth paste.
  • Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds and curry leaves saute well.
  • Add green chilly and saute it.
  • Then add papadam pieces and saute them well.
  • Add water and cook until green chilly cooked well.
  • Add grinded coconut, salt and enough water into it.
  • Cook for a few minutes or until it comes to gravy consistency.
  • Papad curry is ready to serve with rice.
