  • 6 Small banana
  • 2 cup Milk (boiled and cooled)
  • ½ cup Dates
  • 3 Cardamom
  • Icecubes (optional)

Instructions

  • Take six small bananas.
  • Peel off the banana skin and add it to a blender.
  • Add ½ cup of dates and add three cardamoms into it. It gives a nice flavor to a banana milkshake.
  • Add ½ cup of boiled and cooled milk into the blender.
  • Grind it into a smooth mixture.
  • Add ice cubes and 1½ cup of milk and grind it into a smooth mixture.
  • Transfer into a serving glass and finally add chopped dates into it.
