Step 3: Combine the Ingredients

In a mixing bowl, add cooked and cooled pasta, thinly sliced purple cabbage, halved cherry tomatoes, chopped red bell pepper, finely chopped red onion and fresh coriander leaves. Stir well until combined.

Step 4: Add Avocado Dressing

Add the prepared avocado dressing to the pasta and vegetables and stir well until the dressing is coated with all the ingredients evenly.
