- In a pan, add 1 cup of moong dal and dry roast well.
- Allow roasted moong dal to cool.
- In a mixer, add roasted moong dal and cardamom and grind it into powder.
- Add 1 cup of jaggery and grind them together.
- Transfer grinded moong dal into a bowl.
- Heat ghee in a pan.
- Add cashew nuts and roast it well.
- Add this ghee mixture into the moong dal flour and mix well.
- Take a small portion of it and shape it into ladoos.
