In a Pressure cooker, add Jackfruit seeds and water and cook for 5 whistles.
Once cooled well, peel off the outer white skin of jackfruit seed and keep aside.
In a blender, add jackfruit seeds and milk grind it into a smooth paste.
In a vessel, add milk and boiled well.
Add 1½ cup of sugar to it and mix well.
Add grinded paste and mix well without lumps.
Cook this mixture until it comes to a creamy consistency.
Allow this mixture to cool. Once cooled well, add any flavor (optional) into it and mix well.
Add this mixture into a blender and grind it smoothly.
Then pour this creamy mixture into a bowl and freeze it for 4-5 hours.
After 5 hours, add this ice cream into a blender and grind it smoothly.
Again, pour it into the same bowl and freeze it for 8 hours.
Creamy delicious jackfruit seed ice cream is ready to serve.
